LIVE FIRE CQC RSO

This course will equip Officers to learn RSO procedures to safely facilitate Deliberate & Dynamic CQC in a live fire shoot house. Live fire CQC can pose significant safety considerations that RSO’s must recognize in order to conduct training. RSO’s will be given in depth tactical considerations for how to position themselves during clearance to manage actions at the door, actions in the room, barricade clearance, and hallway/stairwell movement. Officers will learn how to set up a full clearance scenario through multiple rooms/spaces that contain adjoining spaces and position targets at various angles for safe engagement.
