Beginner-level course for new shooters & those seeking to develop a solid foundation to build upon. Covers situational awareness, safe handling, weapon/gear considerations, and shooting fundamentals.
Gear Requirements
- Bring Clear Lens Eye Protection
- Bring Ear Protection
- Bring Personal Firearm: Pistol
- Bring 200 rds of ammo
- Bring outside the waistband holster for ALL pistol courses
- Battle belts are recommended for Pistol 2 & 3
- Pistol Magazines & spare magazine pouch for additional mags
- Water / Snacks
- Proper range attire:
- Athletic, tactical or comfortable clothing (pants & high-neckline shirt)
- No low-cut tops (prevent hot brass burns)
- Closed toe shoes
- Ear/Eye Pro
- Dress for the weather
