He served 8 years as a United States Marine Corps Scout Sniper and nearly 16 years as a direct contractor with the CIA’s Global Response Staff (GRS), operating in some of the world’s most complex and high-threat environments. His expertise includes sniper employment, precision rifle, fieldcraft, and close-quarters tactics.

Today, Dennis delivers combat-proven instruction to civilians, law enforcement officers, and military units. As a Tactical Skills Instructor, he specializes in Precision Rifle, Pistol, and Carbine fundamentals, along with Personal Protection, Evasive Driving, and Off-Road Recovery & Mobility. His training emphasizes performance under pressure, real-world application, and a mindset rooted in discipline, preparedness, and resilience.
